The weather was against us on this project with snow delaying the installation by a week.

Fabrication Detail:

This project was a joy to work on as the customer had seen an external balustrade that we had designed, fabricated and installed on a neighbouring property and wanted something equally striking! The customer had a very clear idea of what they wanted so we installed a stainlesssteel handrail that was highly polished for a high-end look. The balustrade is comprised of 2mm toughened glass that looks perfect against the modern design of the house.

Installation Detail:

Our Team surveyed the site, created the designs, fabricated the metalwork in our London-based workshop and installed over a 2-day period using our in-house Installation Team. We thrive on projects like this – overseeing every aspect so that the homeowner simply had to approve the design.

Why was the Elite Metal Group chosen for this project?

The Elite Metal Group had previously installed an external balustrade at a neighbouring property. We were thrilled to receive a call from a neighbour who wanted something similar for their house. With over 70 years of experience designing staircases, we were able to overcome the challenge of various levels and concerns about child safety by incorporating the safest toughened glass available.

The Finished project

This quick and simple project has reinvigorated the entire façade and works beautifully with the modern design of the house. The layout works well for the homeowner and has certainly added value to the property. We look forward to working with additional neighbours over the coming years!
